What are the biggest obstacles to your fitness?

What are they?

Lack of time is one of my biggest fitness challenges.

I can tell you what my biggest obstacles to staying fit are:

-I work from my home and am a few yards away from the kitchen at all times (and, yes, I like to eat).

-I also have limited time.

But I will tell you in my next post how I maneuver around those limiting factors.

What are your biggest obstacles to fitness?

Unsupportive environment?

Confusion or lack of knowledge?
