Sample exercises for kids 6-9
ByI was so excited to do some video of my kids having fun while moving! Because my daughter turns 6 tomorrow, it’s most appropriate that I break out exercises for kids in her age group (based on the very sound principles of the International Youth Conditioning Association).
In this video, you will see a few easy ways to get kids interested in moving and becoming more aware of their bodies. These sample warm-ups are perfect before engaging kids in physical games. (Yes, I’ll show you some examples of those, too.)
Enjoy the fun and try these with your kids. And don’t forget that you can download FREE reports on the “Top 5 Exercises for Kids 1-1/2 to 5″ and “Top 5 Exercises for Moms & Dads” (see the upper right corner of this site).
Here’s to fit families all across the world!

Hey Liz,
Thanks for sharing some personal family time and thanks for spreading the word on family fitness. Hopefully, more parents will realize they don’t need to spend a fortune on spending quality time with their families. Keep up the great work.
