While in Louisville, KY for the IYCA Summit, I met up with Pat and Holly Rigsby and their son, Tyler, who shared some pointers for families seeking a better handle on fitness.  Watch this video and glean the excellent tips that each of them offers to you.  There are definitely more tips than the three for which I asked.

Once you watch this, I want you to take one of the tips you currently don’t practice and right away start to integrate it into your family’s routine.  Send this along to any friends who need help with their family fitness and tell them that they can download FREE e-books on kids and parents exercises right here at FamilyFitnessGuru.com!
